Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale and use ("GTC/GCU") govern the sale and use of USB A & C aviation power products (remote and dashboard models) from EMC Power.

2. Products

The affected products are linear power supplies, compatible with an input voltage of 12-15 Vdc and equipped with USB A and USB C ports (Power Delivery compatible). They are designed for aviation installation and comply with the required mounting and power supply standards.

3. Orders and prices

Orders are placed through EMC Power's sales channels. Prices are quoted in local currencies and do not include applicable taxes. EMC Power reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full before shipment of products. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and other methods provided by EMC Power.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination. EMC Power cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure or transport conditions.

6. Installation and Use

Product installation must be performed by a qualified professional. It is strongly recommended to install a 10 A F fuse on the positive pole and ensure correct connection of the negative pole. Any improper use or use not in accordance with the recommendations may result in a loss of warranty. EMC Power is in no way liable for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial, bodily or financial damage, related to or caused by the use or misuse of the product.

7. Warranty and liability

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification of the product.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Vaud.

10. Modification of the T&Cs/T&Cs

EMC Power reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes by any appropriate means.
